Jen Thrush is an accomplished educator with a rich background in ESL instruction and educational leadership. Equipped with degrees in English and Education, complemented by TESOL and TEFL certifications, she embarked on a transformative journey as an ESL teacher abroad. Transitioning to a primary school classroom, she thrived in her role as a Master Teacher of Literacy, refining her pedagogical skills in language and literacy education.

Jen's commitment to educational excellence led her to assume the pivotal position of Director of Operations at a  Southern California private school. Here, she focused on teacher training, professional development, and the innovative development of curricula tailored to providing students with a superior educational experience.

Today, Jen has dedicated her career to a nonprofit organization committed to enhancing the lives of children worldwide, fully aligned with her lifelong mission of offering every child the opportunity for a fulfilling and joyful life.
